Williams Wellness Center

Free Fridays are back! Come work out, try a class, play basketball, use the fitness machines, or lift weights. It's all free on Friday's through September 2nd!

Student Day Pass Special - $1.00 through September 5th!

The Wellness Center is open 7 days a week. Free tours are given daily. A variety of fitness and dance classes, circuit weight and cardiovascular equipment, a gym and indoor track are all available (see below). Wellness offerings also include Personal Training and Massage Therapy, available for both members and non-members. Massage therapy prices discounted for members. Call (319)283-2312 to make an appointment today.

Membership includes full use of the fitness and recreation facility. Choose 3, 6, 8 or 12 month membership.

Family and senior discounts are available. The gym is available to rental for private parties...call for details.
