The Community Plaza in the north side of the chamber building is available for rental for private or public receptions, dances, conferences, seminars, and other appropriate activities.

Wilson Room (seats up to 300)

• 25 round tables, (6' dia., 226" circ.), can seat 8, 9 or 10 each
• 15 long tables (8' x 30")
• Approximately 300 chairs
• 4' x 8' stage (8 sections)

• Mini-kitchen (reg. size refrig, sink, counter, outlets)

Plaza prices include tables and chairs and any setup. Need signed contract, proof of liability, cleaning deposit and payment two weeks in advance. Additional deposit check required for liquor to be served. Ask about decorating times and restrictions.

Continental Room:(seats up to 80)

Half-day - $50.00
All day morning to evening - $150.00

Both rooms, all day $300 (does not include kitchen in meal site)

Any charges for the large kitchen and equipment at the meal site are separate and in addition to charges for using the Community Plaza. These can be rented by calling Anna Mae Michels at 283-5180. Northland Agency provides breakfast and lunch for seniors every weekday on the north end of the plaza in the Continental Room.
